Big news from First United Bank! In a recent ranking published by Forbes, we were named as one of America’s Best Banks in Each State. Forbes and market research firm Statista partnered to produce the list – surveying more than 26,000 customers across the nation (which included our incredible customers - thank you!) for their opinions on their banking relationships.
The banks were ranked on overall customer satisfaction and likelihood to recommend the bank, as well as trust, terms and conditions, branch services, digital services, customer service, and financial advice.

In addition to being one of only 133 banks in the entire United States recognized, First United was one of only five banks in Texas to make the list – a list that included 4,839 regional and community banks from around the nation! The awards list was announced on June 21, 2022, and can currently be viewed on the Forbes website.
