Renee Newman serves as the Chief Experience Officer, overseeing the Retail, Lending, Product, Program Office, Treasury, and Wealth Management teams, where she implements initiatives to drive a consistent customer and employee experience across all channels. She also liaises with our Mortgage and Insurance groups, focusing on creating strategic moves to accomplish Vision 2030 to elevate 10 million lives through love and impact.
Renee is a highly accomplished executive with over 25 years of diverse financial services experience spanning community, regional, and large financial institutions. She is dedicated to community engagement and serves on the Board of Special Olympics Montana, and is a Director of Girl Talk, Inc., a peer-to-peer mentoring program. Renee also serves as an Industry Advisory Board Member for Nymbus and Eko Investments.
Renee holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from Oregon State University and is a Pacific Coast Banking School graduate.
