Mark Holland began his insurance career while a student at Central State University (now University of Central Oklahoma) working in a family-owned personal lines insurance agency and real estate sales company, where he worked alongside his mom and dad.
In 1991 Mark made the decision to specialize in commercial insurance. He is passionate about educating clients on how to better manage organizational risk and properly structure risk financing for exposures that present impactful financial consequences through insurance contracts. Mark holds many certifications including Certified Insurance Counselor, Certified Risk Manager, Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist, Energy Risk and Insurance Specialist, Management Liability Insurance Specialist, Transportation Risk Specialist and Agribusiness & Farm Insurance Specialist. These designations have been awarded to Mark through the National Alliance of Insurance Education and Research as well as the International Risk Management Institute.
Mark has served on many boards of organizations focused on helping people including the Boy Scouts of America; YMCA; Rotary International; Ambucs; Pivot, Inc.; The University of Central Oklahoma; his church; and neighborhood HOA board. He has also served on the boards of professional organizations including the Associations of General Contractors and the American Subcontractors Association of Oklahoma.
Mark is blessed with a great family including his wife, Dana, and adult twins, Adam and Brooke. As a family they enjoy spending time together, traveling, hiking, ocean sports, mountain sports, site seeing and good food.
