Director of Property & Casualty Operations
Machell Johnson serves as the Director of Property & Casualty Operations for Unity Insurance Partners, managing the operations support for Commercial Lines and Personal Lines. Machell has more than 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, with expertise in operations management, project management, and marketing.
As a CISR, licensed agent, and Certified Project Manager, Machell offers a unique perspective and effective approach to managing insurance operations. She has a B.A. from Southeastern Oklahoma State University.
Outside of the office, Machell enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and training with Camp Gladiator.
