Previous Day and Current Day Reports

  • Balance and Activity Statement

    Balance and Activity Statement - Previous Day(s) or Current Day

    Contents: Provides summary balance information for deposit account(s) including Opening Ledger Balance, Opening Available Balance, Total Credits (count and amount) Total Debits (count and amount) Closing Available Balance and Closing Ledger Balance. Provides detail information for each account providing each posted transaction showing the Date, BAI Code, Credit Amount/Debit Amount, Serial Number, Reference Number, and Description for each posted transaction.

    Report Outputs: PDF, CSV and BAI

    Typical Business Use: The Balance and Activity Statement provides comprehensive reporting of all deposit account activity of a defined date or date range for specified accounts.

  • Cash Position Report

    Cash Position Report - Previous Day(s) only

    Contents: Provides detailed balance information for deposit account(s) providing Opening Ledger Balance, Opening Available Balance, Total Credits (count and amount) Total Debits (count and amount) 1 Day Float total, 2+ Days Float Total, Closing Available Balance and Closing Ledger Balance.

    Report Outputs: PDF, CSV and BAI

    Typical Business Use: The Cash Position report provides detailed balance and funds availability information. This report is typically used for understanding the current funds available as well as projecting future funds availability.

  • ACH Activity Report

    ACH Activity Report - Previous Day(s) or Current Day

    Contents: Detail report of ACH transactions posted to selected deposit account(s) showing the Date, BAI Code, Credit Amount/Debit Amount, Serial Number, Reference Number, and Description for each posted ACH transaction.

    Typical Business Use: The ACH Activity report is typically used for general review, monitoring, and/or reconciliation of ACH transactions posted to the company's account(s).

  • Checks Paid Report

    ACH Activity Report - Previous Day(s) or Current Day

    Contents: Detail report of Check transactions posted to selected deposit account(s) showing the Date, BAI Code, Credit Amount/Debit Amount, Serial Number, Reference Number, and Description for each posted Check transaction.

    Typical Business Use: The Checks Paid Report is typically used for general review, monitoring, and/or reconciliation of check transactions posted to the company's account(s).

  • Wire Activity Report

    Wire Activity Report - Previous Day(s) or Current Day

    Contents: Detail report of Wire transactions posted to selected deposit account(s) showing the Date, BAI Code, Credit Amount/Debit Amount, Serial Number, Reference Number, and Description for each posted Wire Transfer transaction.

    Typical Business Use: The Wire Activity Report is typically used for general review, monitoring, and/or reconciliation of domestic and international wire transactions posted to the company's account(s).

  • ZBA Activity Report

    ZBA Activity Report - Previous Day(s) only

    Contents: Detail report of ZBA (Sweep) transactions posted to selected deposit account(s) showing the Date, BAI Code, Credit Amount/Debit Amount, Serial Number, Reference Number, and Description for each posted ZBA (Sweep) transaction.

    Typical Business Use: The ZBA Activity Report is typically used for general review, monitoring, and/or reconciliation of "sweep" transactions posted to the company's account(s). Note: A Zero Balance Account (ZBA) is a commercial checking account that is designed such that the ending balance of the account on every business day is $0.00. Typically, after all other debits and credits of the business day have been posted to the account, one final debit or credit is calculated and posted to the account to bring it to a zero balance. The purpose is to transfer or "sweep" any excess funds out of the checking account which does not earn interest and transfer those funds to a savings or other investment account so the funds earn interest or dividends. These final debit or credit adjustments are the "sweep" transactions that are included in this report.

  • User Defined Report

    User Defined Report - Previous Day(s) only (Platform version 4.3 or higher)

    Contents: Detail report of specific transaction types custom defined by the user, posted to selected accounts showing the Date, BAI Code, Credit Amount/Debit Amount, Serial Number, Reference Number, and Description for each posted transaction. The User selects the specific transaction types by choosing the corresponding BAI Codes to be included in the report. All transactions that have a host transaction code mapped to any of the selected BAI codes will be included in this report.

    Typical Business Use: The User Defined Report is typically used for general review, monitoring, and/or reconciliation of specific transactions types defined by the user, posted to the company's account(s).

Online Banking Reports

  • Company User Activity Report

    Company User Activity Report – Online Banking Activity

    Contents: Report of all online banking activity of selected user for selected date/date range. Can optionally be filtered to include only selected transaction types, otherwise report includes all transaction types and other general online banking activities.

    Typical Business Use: The Company User Activity Report is typically used to review or monitor specific activities performed in Online Banking, or to monitor and review the activities of a specific user or users. For example, an administrator may create a User Activity Report to show the online banking activities of a specific user who is a new employee or new to the online banking role, to monitor their work and ensure they are performing their specific responsibilities correctly.

  • Company Entitlements Report

    Company Entitlements Report – Online Banking Activity

    Contents: Report of all company level and User Role entitlements currently configured and in use within online banking. Provides detailed reporting of all entitlements including feature access, transaction draft and approval rights, and associated limits and allowed actions, for both the Company Level (applicable to all users) as well as each active User Role level (applicable to each user assigned to the role).

    Typical Business Use: The Company Entitlements Report will show all of the user entitlements set both at the company level (Company Policy) as well as the entitlements configured for each User Role. Important: Entitlements are hierarchical, so in order to fully understand the entitlements for a specific user role, one needs to review both the entitlements of that specific User Role AND the entitlements established in the Company Policy. Restrictions set at the Company Policy level are applicable to all User Roles.

  • Online Wire Originations

    Company Entitlements Report – Online Banking Activity

    Contents: Detail report of all Domestic and/or International Wire Transfers submitted through the online banking system. Domestic Wires provides all details including Tracking ID, Batch ID, Drafted By User, Approved By User, Status, Beneficiary Details, Payment Details, Beneficiary Financial Institution Details, Receiving Financial Institution details, Intermediary Financial Institution Details. International Wires provides Tracking ID, Batch ID, Drafted By User, Approved By User, Status, Beneficiary Details, Payment Details including Currency Code, exchange rate and USD Amount, Beneficiary Financial Institution Details including IBAN or SWIFT/BIC, Receiving FI details, Intermediary Financial Institution Details.

    Typical Business Use: The Wire Online Originations Report is typically used for general review or monitoring of Domestic and/or International Wire Transfers originated via online banking.

  • Online ACH Originations

    ACH Online Originations – Online Banking Activity

    Contents: Summary report of all ACH transactions submitted through the online banking system. Specific details vary by specific transaction type, but all will include Tracking ID to facilitate further inquiry.

    Typical Business Use: The ACH Online Originations Report is typically used for general review or monitoring of all types of ACH transactions originated via online banking.

  • Company Transactions Report

    Transactions Report – Online Banking Activity

    Contents: Report of all other (except ACH or Wire) transactions submitted through the online banking system. Specific details vary by specific transaction type, but all will include Tracking ID to facilitate further inquiry.

    Typical Business Use: The Company Transactions Report is typically used for general review or monitoring of all other GTs originated via online banking, other than ACH and Wire transactions which are reported separately. This would typically include Transfers, Stop Payments, Change of Address

  • ACH File Upload Report

    ACH File Upload Report - Online Banking Activity (Requires version 4.4 or higher)

    Contents: Report of all files uploaded using the ACH Passthru feature in UUX for selected date/date range. Report does NOT contain all individual ACH transactions within the uploaded files, but contains summary information for each file, including summary data for each batch within the files.

    Typical Business Use: The ACH File Upload Report provides summary (file and batch level details) of all NACHA files submitted via ACH Passthru for a date or date range defined by the user. It's typically used for verification and reconciliation to verify that all expected files have been successfully uploaded and processed. (For transaction level detail, the user should refer to the third party system of record that generated the original file.)
