David Keese serves as General Counsel for First United, overseeing the bank’s legal matters and advising senior management. He has more than 20 years of legal and corporate experience representing financial institutions in legal matters in the states of Texas and Oklahoma.
David is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, is a member of the Oklahoma State Bar Association and the Texas Bar Association, and is Board Certified in Residential Real Estate Law. He also holds a Board Certification in Commercial Real Estate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. David has a Bachelor’s degree from Austin College and holds his law degree from Texas A&M University School of Law.
Outside of work, David enjoys traveling and spending time with his family. He and his wife, Sara, have four children, Callie, Jackson, Bella and Greyson.
